What methods of payment do you accept?

What is your Shipping Policy?

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

If you have problems with your order please contact us first thing. Then we can help you get your questions and concerns resolved quickly.

Is your site secure?

Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.

What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?

Due to our ever expanding product line an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.

Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems works to control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. At times, however, our artists and craftsmen do have problems with acquiring the supplies they need, so backorders do occur. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
